The refit started: All in all we did the following: Inspected the hull, keel and rudder. Repainted what needed doing in the interior. Serviced steering syspem, Fittend new instruments(Wireless Tac Tic) , Fully serviced the mast and changed all halyards and running rigging to spectra, Overghauled the electrics, fittend a new VHF radio as well as a SSB Radio and a misuc system, Overhauled the stove and gas system, removed a lot of obsolete equipement, replaced all safety geat with the latest for CAT A, fitted a EPIRB, Liferaft etc.. Bought a Brand new Suite of sails, Resprayed the hull and antifoul, Redid the plumbing, Fitted new binnacle compass. All in all the boast was like brand new, we had just over capitilized, but that is what yachting is about. (Pic of boat on the hard having spray work done.
