FUN SAILING:
On the 26th December, Dale and Ian went out to do some boat testing in the bay. The wind was about 25knots at times. After sailing we went to look at the entries of the Govornor Cup. They were based in the Waterfront.

Fun Sailing:
On the 23rd December, Dale, Dennis and Siger went on a socail sail. They sailed around Roben Island and back taking the Island on the port side. Winds were 12-15 knots, pleasant sea. A beet tasting took place aboard with product supplied from Wayne Badenhorst of Mitchells Brewery in the Waterfront. We can reccomend their products.

TABLE BAY WEEK
STOP PRESS:
The results are in, Errol Stern and his team on HocusPocus have officially won Table Bay Week Class 2 and the National IRC Class 2 Trophy. They sailed an excellent week with some 30 plus knot conditions at times. The boat had at least a placing in every single race. Class line honours in some of the races. The crew were ecstatic with the result. Some of them have been campainging together for this event with Errol foer the past ten years. Errol was very pleased with the boat and the teams performance. The boat's entry was sponsored by Addis (www.addis.co.za) They are the leading plastics and Brushware manufactuer in South Africa since 1914.

TABLE BAY WEEK
This year Table Bay week takes place from the 16-19th December 2006. Errol Stern(Owner of the Fast 42 yacht "Tenacity") is the skipper for this event. His co Skipper will be Andrew Edwards. The boat's IRC has been tweaked for this event with her being place in class 2. At time of writing Errol and his team are lying first overall. Two more races are expected in this regatta.
