DOUBLE HANDED RACE
2 June 2007
The start took place at 12hoo. Aboard were Ian Coward and Dale Kushner. There was light winds etc... We rounded the sweather mark in second(which is good for the boat in light conditions) We hoisted the Code Zero and sailed on into a dying breeze. There was confusion on the part of the bridge in terms of shortening the course. Ian lodged a protest after the race. The race was therefore abandoned. There was a good turnout for this event which goes to show that Short Handed Sailing is on the up.
